Cut the 2 traditional baguettes into 4 equal portions each, resulting in 8 slices total. Make a lengthwise cut through each slice without separating the halves, as you would for a sandwich.
5 min - Spread with butter
Generously spread 50g of soft butter onto the crumb side of each half of the baguette.
3 min - Add the ham
Place 1 slice of white ham on the bottom half of each prepared baguette.
1 min - Optional: Add pickles
If desired, place 1 finely sliced pickle on the ham of each sandwich.
1 min - Close and serve
Gently close each sandwich and serve immediately.

- 8 slices country bread slices
- 200 g fresh goat cheese
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 2 tbsp olive oil

- Prepare the toppings
Preheat the oven to 375°F (180°C). Halve the 200 g cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice 1 red onion. Mince 1 clove of garlic. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Provence herbs, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.

Brush the 8 slices of country bread with the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil. Place the slices on a baking sheet.

- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper

In a mortar or food processor, pulse or blend 50 g of fresh basil, 20 g of pine nuts, 1 clove of garlic, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil and 50 g of shredded Parmesan. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
10 min - Cook the Pasta
Bring a large amount of salted water to a boil. Add 400 g of pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving about 100 ml of pasta water.

While the pasta cooks, cut 250 g of cherry tomatoes in half.

Add the drained 500 g of tagliatelle noodles to the pesto sauce in the bowl. Stir well to evenly coat all the pasta.

Divide the pesto pasta among four deep plates. Cut the 2 burratas in half and place half of each on each plate. Sprinkle with 50 g of shredded Parmesan, a pinch of black pepper, and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
